They may contain small parts that present a choking hazard if broken.

Our Name Badge range are designed with a strong magnet backing. Please DO NOT use this product if you have a PACEMAKER.

- While Acrylic is quite strong the little letters on our Name Badge range are still fragile and may break if dropped. Please remember this when donning and doffing your PPE, as we aren't accountable if your letters break off the badge if it is dropped or mishandled. 

- Our acrylic designs that require paint infill are engraved into and then filled carefully with strong acrylic paint. While it can withstand water and glass wipes, it may bleed or fade over time if you use harsh wipes,alchohol or disinfectant.

- Acrylic is a hardwearing and resistant material when cared for properly.

- Please only ever wash your acrylic with warm water. Solvents and cleaning products will cause the acrylic to discolour or our mirror acrylic to crack at the edges.

- Please use a soft polish cloth only to clean your acrylic keepsake.

- NEVER use a microfibre cloth, Paper towel or tissues as this can scratch the surface of the acrylic.

- Dried markers and paint can be removed simply by soaking the board in warm water to loosen it, before wiping clean. 

- Acrylic can scratch if not looked after. Avoid sliding acrylic blanks over rough surfaces and always ensure the table or bench you are placing it on is free from sand or dirt. 

- Acrylic products work best with liquid chalk markers or whiteboard markers.

- Gloss acrylic has a smooth and shiny finish. Therefore gloss acrylic is more likely to show fingerprints, scratches and reflections, and this may make it harder to photograph. Whereas matte acrylic has a textured, non-glare finish that is more forgiving to the everyday environment. Please consider choosing to have your badge lasered on the Matte side if you think a smooth and shiny surface may annoy you.

Please note out Varnished Birch wood + wooden products may have different colour variations due to layers and grain.

Engraving may come in different levels of darkness due to the layers in the wood.

Wooden products can mark easily with dirty hands, please be mindful when handling or cleaning your wooden keepsake.

Due to me balancing my career as a Midwife and this amazing side hustle orders can take up to 7-10 business days to be created from payment.

This means 7-10 business days before you can pick up your order or the shipping company receives your parcel and is ready to be sent.

Customers who purchase a Personalised Order will be required to approve a digital draft copy before we can begin creating your product.

Note: if there is a significant delay in confirming a draft, this may add extra production time than normal.

Rush or priority orders can be purchased for an additional cost and this will allow your order to be created within 1-3 business days.
