Damages and issues
Help! My items arrived broken….
Should you discover a fault with your item, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your parcel so we can fix it up for you! Beyond this timeframe, return expenses become the responsibility of the customer.
Any accidental damage or damage incurred after delivery is not covered by LITTLE GINGER GIFT BOUTIQUE.

Your order details will be specifically outlined in the most recent invoice (if manually invoiced) or in the checkout/ receipt if purchasing through the website. It is the CUSTOMERS' responsibility to ensure all order details (including size, materials, colours, spelling, wait time etc.) are correct before submitting payment. If there are any problems, please get in touch with us immediately at, LittleGingerGiftBoutique@gmail.com and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
Photos are taken of all products and packaging before leaving Little Ginger Gift Boutique. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it against your receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalised items (Unless received broken), or earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
In most instances we will endeavour to replace and re send any damaged or incorrect stock. In the event this is not possible we will offer a refund.
Please note: Original shipping expenses is not refunded on return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
